What GESTUR BALEAR is

Gestión Urbanística de Baleares S.A., incorporated in October 1980, is a Trading Company the majority of whose capital is public. Attached to the Ministry of Mobility and Housing of the Balearic Government.

Ever since its incorporation GESTUR BALEAR has been available to Town and City Councils, other Authorities and private individuals for urban development works of all types, especially involving the conversion of undeveloped land into urban land of every kind, undertaking end-to-end project management for this purpose, from adapting the general zoning plan to the complete execution of the works, either using its own resources or making agreements with those concerned.

Our experience enables us to carry out our complete projects at very reasonable cost while monitoring the whole process in great detail, which in the long run translates into a better use of the resources deployed.

All the foregoing means that we can make available on the market in Manacor, Petra, Llucmajor, Artá and Felanitx a total of 28.000 m² of sites suitable for building on, mostly for industrial or services use, at a very attractive price.
