Industrial Estate of Son Fosquet

This is an extension to Son Noguera Industrial Estate, en Llucmajor, wholly carried out by GESTUR BALEAR at earlier stages, where GLOBALIA has its headquarters.

The zoning plan and schemes for development and compensation approved by the Authority are available. It is currently at the stage where work on site will begin shortly.

It will have an area of greenery of 33,217 m2, to which a series of existing heritage pieces will be relocated to protect them. There are also plans for sporting, shopping and social amenities.

The plots will be of type A with isolated structure or type B with continuous structure.

Authorized uses: industrial, workshops, warehousing, educational, health services, health care, administrative and complementary activities and facilities.

  • Location

    About 2.7 Km to the west of Llucmajor town. The new industrial estate adjoins the Son Noguera one between Rafalet Street and Cas Rossos Street up to the Son Fosquet local road.

  • Accesses

    These are the same as for Son Noguera Industrial Estate: from the Palma to Llucmajor motorway (Ma 19) with a direct turn-off (nº 22) and from Llucmajor directly along the old road to Arenal (Ma 6020).

  • Services

    It will have all utilities available in the public roadway outside the plot: drinking water, sewer pipe, drainage, low voltage, possibility of medium voltage, telephony and street lighting. All the infrastructural networks have been transferred to the utility companies or, as appropriate, Llucmajor Town Council.
